The starting picture.
Christine Cowern's team had an established reputation in Toronto and the GTA, but needed to amplify exposure for active listings and drive distribution of their comprehensive seller's guide. The goal was scaling a working brand into a measurable digital lead engine.
What we changed.
A multi-platform digital strategy across three channels. **YouTube ads** featured listing tours and seller's-guide highlights, giving prospects an unforced introduction to the team's voice. **Meta ads** (Facebook + Instagram) used carousel and story formats with demographic and behavioral targeting tuned to GTA buyer/seller intent. The landing pages for both the listings and the guide download were redesigned for conversion — clearer CTAs, faster form completion, and tighter alignment between ad and page.
